多媒體內容指南
多媒體比文字更能吸引注意力，一張好照片、一部好影片為新聞增添臨場感，指南規範了新聞稿中圖片、影片與音訊的使用和嵌入的原則。提交多媒體內容前，請閱讀本指南。
請嚴肅且謹慎地了解著作權相關法規，若發生任何多媒體檔案權利上的爭議，皆由新聞稿提供者負全部責任。
Definition:
The meaning of the following nouns or verbs mentioned in this guide
Commissioner: Submits a press release to the Company’s news sources, individuals, agencies or agents.
Submission: The act by which a press release provider or agency provides a press release to the Company.
Distribution: The act of providing the content of a press release to the media in any form.
Publishing, publishing, publishing: The act of publishing or publishing a press release on a specific platform through a cooperative news network or media relationship.
Multimedia content: refers to the content that contains: pictures, videos, audio, animations, etc. and other format files.
Multimedia content specifications for news (releases).
In order to expedite the review of press releases and to comply with the general media adoption habits in a broad sense, the Company has established the following multimedia content format requirements and submission specifications, and the publisher is requested to confirm that the following specifications are met before submitting multimedia content.
合法的使用許可
新聞稿來源機構或代理機構提供的多媒體素材必須是合法取得、獲得合法授權且允許任何媒體自由且無償使用。如果您使用商用圖庫、AI生成或由他人創作的檔案，提交前必須獲得合法授權。
本公司或媒體可能要求委刊者、新聞稿來源機構或代理機構提供已獲得多媒體素材版權授權的文件。
可嵌入的多媒體檔案格式
圖片檔：JPG、PNG 格式。
影片檔：上傳於 YouTube 官方頻道上公開、不設瀏覽限制且合法的影片，需設定為「允許嵌入」。MP4 格式、Vimeo、Dailymotion、Bilibili 等影音平台影片請詢問客服。
音訊檔：Spotify、Soundcloud 官方頻道上合法且公開的音源檔。MP3 格式或其它影音平台請詢問客服。
解析度與壓縮率
提供高解析度(分辨率)照片，解析度建議至少達到長邊 1500px、短邊1000px。影片解析度 720p 以上。MP3 和音訊 128kbit/s 以上。
若低於上述規格，可能影響新聞稿發布後的品質，部分媒體可能不採用。
提交檔案的方式或管道
已通訊軟體傳送，或嵌入Word、PDF 等文件的圖片檔案可能因為被壓縮導致檔案過小、解析率低不利於新聞使用。照片請以下列方式提供：
- 圖附加在電子郵件。
- 存放於雲端，提供下載連結。
- 在本公司專用的提交頁面寄送或上傳。
浮水印、商標與日期
若非必要，請避免在圖片放置浮水印、過於明顯的商業品牌標示或相機日期，這些可能降低圖片被採用的機會。
希望照片中包含公司品牌或產品，您可以在辦公室、公司建築或櫃檯等有商標或標誌的地方，使商標自然入鏡，而非刻意在照片上加上商標浮水印。
但在部分狀況下，可能因為版權因素可在圖片上加上浮水印或商標；此外，本公司編輯或媒體記者亦可能有特殊考量而不允許照片中有商標或可能產生商業利益的標誌出現。
Permitted or Prohibited Conduct and Content
The activities of the press release should be presented truthfully, and the photographs are intended to convey a realistic image, and it is not allowed to manipulate or alter the image in any way. The content should be honest and decent, and should not infringe or violate the law, imply or attack others, and should not contain content that may be offensive to readers.
關於變造內容行為
可以在合理範圍內調整亮度、明暗或對比。不可透過任何方式修改而造成讀者誤解或改變對事件認知的行為。
範例：
(O) 拍攝時曝光不足導致照片過暗，調整照片明亮度使得更清楚。
(O) 照片太大張，裁切掉不重要的部分以凸顯主題。
(X) 自行放大、縮小人物或物品；改變位置；加入或減少照片的內容。
(X) 加強現場的煙霧效果；改變背景的景色；幫天空加入星星；改變黑夜或白天。
(X) 為辦公室照片加入人物；道路上加入更多汽車。
(X) 改變光線、陰影或天氣特徵，影響時間、日期的判斷。
(X) 刻意裁切意圖影響讀者對事件的看法。
以下內容無法用於發布
- 缺乏可信度、變造、來源不明。
- 令人反感的素材：不得使用令一般人可能感到不適的材料；鼓勵犯罪、暴力、屍體、裸露、性暗示、侵入式醫療…等。
- 違反醫療相關法令或誇大廣告。例如：減肥前後、保健食品使用對照、保養品使用前後等照片。
- 侵犯或可能侵犯版權的內容；為取得版權所有人授權的素材。
- 未標示廣告、贊助等字樣的新聞，媒體可能不接受含有廣告意圖的多媒體內容和素材。
- 違法、有違道德倫理的素材。
- 本公司編輯或合作媒體認定無法採用的素材。
Exceptions not to the above specifications
The main purpose of the above guidelines and guidelines is to expedite the review of press releases and to conform to the general media adoption habits in general.
